乙肝、艾滋病检测纳入孕期初诊检查项目

新华网北京７月８日电（记者吕诺）卫生部日前印发《孕产期保健工作管理办法》和《孕产期保健工作规范》，对母婴传播相关疾病予以关注，将乙肝表面抗原检测、梅毒血清学检测和艾滋病病毒抗体检测纳入孕期初诊检查的基本辅助检查项目。
孕产期保健，是指各级各类医疗保健机构为准备妊娠至产后４２天的妇女及胎婴儿提供全程系列的医疗保健服务。与原有相关规定相比，新发布的《孕产期保健工作管理办法》和《孕产期保健工作规范》强调了孕前保健的内容，要求为准备妊娠的夫妇提供规范的孕前健康教育与咨询、健康状况评估、健康指导，减少出生缺陷；明确提出了孕早期、孕中期和孕晚期等不同时期的保健重点；明确了产前筛查和产前诊断的要求，加强妊娠合并症及并发症的管理，增加了血糖筛查等相关内容。
据了解，制定《孕产期保健工作管理办法》和《孕产期保健工作规范》是为了贯彻落实《中华人民共和国母婴保健法》及实施办法，适应新形势下孕产期保健管理要求与工作需要，进一步规范孕产期保健工作，使孕产期保健服务模式逐渐从原有的以技术服务和疾病管理为重点，转变为以预防为主和健康管理为中心。
