艾滋病定点医院范畴应扩大”

本报讯 （记者温薷）目前，艾滋病人“手术难”已经成为了一个亟待解决的问题。中国疾控中心性艾中心政策研究与信息室主任吕繁表示，“艾滋病定点医院”范畴应扩大，纳入有眼科、骨科等科室的医院。
昨日，一民间组织出具了一份《关于解决我国艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病人“手术难”问题的建议》报告，该组织对感染者患其他疾病后，遭遇医疗机构推诿或拒绝手术治疗的情况进行了案例收集，称“各地、各级各类医院都存在。”
卫生行政部门曾规定各地指定传染病医院，专门负责收治危重、有伴发疾病等艾滋病人。但调查发现，很多“艾滋病定点医院”不具备综合性医院的学科体系和救治能力，无法为感染者提供综合性诊疗服务。该组织称，应将艾滋病治疗纳入常规医疗体系，建议政府依法查处医疗机构推诿或拒绝治疗艾滋病人的行为，设立专门监督、投诉平台。
中国疾控中心性艾中心政策研究与信息室主任吕繁表示，确实发现了感染者被拒绝、区别对待就医等问题。对此，一方面政策上应加强监督、处罚办法；另外“艾滋病定点医院”范畴应扩大，纳入有眼科、骨科等科室的医院。对于医护人员职业暴露问题，应建立赔偿机制。
