绵阳市艾滋病防治工作会议强调：强化防控措施 全力做好艾滋病防治工作

11月10日，市人民政府防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室召开了2011年全市艾滋病防治工作会议，各县市区卫生局分管局长、疾病预防控制中心分管主任、市人民政府防治艾滋病工作委员会成员单位和市直属医疗卫生单位分管领导共50人参加会议。
会议对今年1-10月份全市艾滋病防治工作考评指标完成情况和全市艾滋病防治工作开展情况进行了通报；市妇联、市教体局、三台县卫生局作了艾滋病防治工作经验交流。会上，市人民政府防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室主任、市卫生局局长秦晓明强调，各县市区和相关单位要充分认识我市艾滋病疫情的严峻性和防控工作的长期性、艰巨性；在防控工作中要突出重点，抓好三个环节，整体推进；要把艾滋病防治主要措施落实质量考核指标和医疗机构、妇幼保健院艾滋病筛查实验室建设作为今年艾滋病防治工作的核心任务来抓，全面完成省政府与市政府签订的艾滋病防治工作目标任务。
对下一步工作，市卫生局艾滋病防治工作分管副局长张光贵提出了六点要求：一是要把艾滋病防治主要措施落实质量考核指标作为今年艾滋病防治工作的核心任务来抓，确保各项指标达到国家考评要求；二是要进一步加强医疗机构和妇幼保健机构艾滋病筛查实验室建设，力争年底前80%以上二级和二级以上综合医院建立艾滋病筛查实验室，100%的妇幼保健机构建立艾滋病筛查实验室；三是要进一步加强艾滋病感染者和病人的随访管理和抗病毒治疗工作，全面落实四免一关怀政策；四是要进一步扩大预防艾滋病母婴传播覆盖面，确保孕产妇艾滋病抗体检测率达80%以上，阳性孕产妇所生婴儿采取预防母婴传播干预比例达到90%以上；五是要进一步加强高危人群干预工作，特别是江油市要采取有效措施，力争年底前吸毒人员美沙酮维持治疗在人数达到200人以上；六是要进一步加强涪城区艾滋病综合防治示范区工作，力争艾滋病防治工作考评指标在全省8个示范区中处领先地位。(市疾控中心供稿)

At the meeting, Municipal People's Government AIDS Working Committee Office, Municipal Health Bureau, Qin Xiaoming stressed, urban counties and related units to fully understand the seriousness of the AIDS epidemic in our city and the prevention and control of long-term, arduous; in prevention and control work to focus, focus on three areas, overall progress; take major steps to implement AIDS prevention and control of quality assessment indicators and medical institutions, MCH AIDS screening laboratory building as the core of this year's AIDS task fully complete the provincial government signed with the government target of AIDS prevention and control tasks.
To the next step, the Municipal Health Bureau deputy director in charge of AIDS prevention and control Zhang Guanggui made six demands: First, the main measures necessary to implement the AIDS evaluation of quality indicators as the core of this year's AIDS task to ensure that the index has reached national evaluation requirements; second is to further strengthen the maternal and child health care institutions and agencies AIDS screening laboratory, and strive for more than 80% before the end of more than two and two general hospitals to establish HIV screening laboratories, 100% of the maternal and child health institutions HIV screening laboratories; third is to further strengthen AIDS management and patient follow-up work and anti-viral treatment, full implementation of the Four Frees and One Care policy; fourth is to further expand the PMTCT coverage, to ensure that maternal HIV antibody detection rate of 80% or more, infants born to pregnant women to take positive PMTCT intervention in proportion of 90%; five high-risk groups is to further strengthen interventions, especially Jiangyou to take effective measures, and strive to end methadone addicts maintenance treatment of more than 200 in number; six Fucheng District, to further strengthen the District AIDS Control demonstration work, and strive to AIDS evaluation indicators in the province's eight demonstration area at the leading position.
