市疾控艾滋病防治公益广播在我市公交巴士开通
本报讯(记者 匡春林 通讯员 王艳 谢丹)今日(2011年1月11日)起,我市立珊线、15路、63路、705路、132路、109路、旅1线、152路等30条公交路线(700台公交车)全面开通艾滋病防治公益广播,在接下来的三个月里,市民乘坐公交巴士时即可听到由长沙市疾病预防控制中心发布的艾滋病防治语音提醒:“疾控部门提供免费的艾滋病咨询、检测。关爱生命,远离艾滋,从你我做起。”
长沙市疾病预防控制中心主任陈法明介绍:为自愿接受艾滋病咨询检测的人员免费提供咨询和检测,是我市落实艾滋病“四免一关怀” 政策重要措施之一。广泛开展艾滋病咨询检测,有利于及时发现艾滋病毒感染者,使其及时得到相应治疗、关怀;同时通过自愿咨询宣传艾滋病防治知识,避免新感染发生,控制艾滋病的流行。
近年来,全市各级疾控机构通过设立艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊(简称VCT门诊),为市民提供免费的艾滋病咨询与检测。2010年全市疾控机构提供免费艾滋病咨询检测近4千人次,对于HIV初筛阳性的患者,疾控机构及时、免费为其提供进一步检测(如确证检测、CD4病毒载量检测)与转介服务,帮助患者尽早确诊并获得救助。
市疾控中心艾滋病防治专家黄竹林副主任医师指出:通过对长沙市疾控中心VCT门诊求询者情况统计发现:求询者以18-39岁青、中年男性为主,职业分布广泛,其中农民工、娱乐场所服务员、工商业、个体户相对多见,值得关注的是:在求询人群中青年学生也占一定比例,发生了高危性行为是主要求询原因。
为唤起公众对于艾滋病的防治意识,加大艾滋病防治相关知识宣传力度,长沙市疾病预防控制中心创新性启用公交语音这一受众广、效果佳的宣传途经,开展艾滋病防治宣传。此次公交巴士艾滋病防治公益语音播报活动选择的30条公交路线,700台公交车,基本覆盖了全长沙市,重点覆盖全市各大、中院校、医院及五一路、步行街、车站、电脑城等青、中年人群相对集中的区域。每台公交车单程语音播报3次以上,持续3个月,希望通过这一活动的开展,让更多的市民重视艾滋病的防治,关爱生命,远离艾滋!
