大学生“男同”感染艾滋病

确定自己的身份不会暴露后，王同(化名)才决定讲述自己的经历。他是一位“同志”(即男同性恋者)，艾滋病病毒感染者，杭州某大学学生。
王同是2009年下半年确认感染的。这一年，在高校相对集中的杭州市西湖区，当地疾控中心从自愿参加艾滋病病毒检测的195名“同志”中检出11名感染者，其中10名是大学生。而杭州市全年共检出大学生艾滋病病毒感染者20人，均为“同志”。
大二时，和一个男生闹过别扭之后，王同觉得“心里很难过”。他因此怀疑自己的性取向。上网一对照，他确认自己是“同志”，“我确实只喜欢男生”。
通过杭州一家“同志”网站，王同认识了第一个男友。聊了很久，两人见面了，王同想见识一下男人怎么跟男人做爱的。由于对方表示之前只有一个男友，身体比较健康，他们没有采取安全措施。事后，王同怕得要死，赶快跑去检测，结果还好，阴性。
王同平时还能坚持使用安全套，直到碰见一位帅哥。他选择了不戴套，总共两次。这位帅哥现在已不知去向，王同甚至不知道他叫什么。“要说危险的话，就是这个人了。”
2009年8月下旬，王同去疾控中心做检测，初筛结果是艾滋病病毒阳性。接下来，再次抽血检测，确诊。
王同先是告诉叔叔，叔叔告诉婶婶，最后父母和妹妹知道了。“我父母知道后一年都没有干活，妈妈就在那里哭。”不过，父母仍不知道王同是“同志”，以为他是找“小姐”后传染的。
在某种程度上，大学生“同志”社区是整个中国“同志”社区的一个缩影。根据统计，中国新发现的艾滋病病毒感染者中，男性性行为传播导致的比例从2007年的12.2%猛增至2009年的32.5%。

Students "men with" AIDS

In a way, students "gay" community is the whole of China, "gay" community in microcosm. According to statistics, China's newly discovered HIV, the proportion of male sexually transmitted causes from 2007 to 2009 soared 12.2% to 32.5%.
