方舟子近日遭袭成为许多媒体的新闻热点。方舟子向媒体“称他遇袭事件与6月24日方玄昌被打一事有联系，他认为二人遇袭可能都与2004年揭露号称抗癌物的‘天仙液’有关”。这使人们回忆方舟子曾经的一段名言：“谁主张，谁举证，不平常的主张需要不平常的证据。像……这种主张，是一个非常不平常的主张，那么其主张者必须出示确凿的证据、通过严格控制的实验条件，才能证明其主张，否则的话，我们就只好说它是骗局。” 尽管如此，我们强烈反对任何人以任何理由对方舟子等人采取侵犯人权流氓手段，但是坚决主张对于方舟子绝非“正义化身”的“科氓”活动继续批判。笔者为此转载2009年06月12日发表于《陈一文顾问的空间》的一篇短文。

方舟子，本名方是民，1967年9月生于福建云霄县。1985年考入中国科技大学生物系。1990年本科毕业后赴美留学。1995年获美国密歇根州立（Michigan State）大学生物化学博士学位，先后在罗切斯特（Rochester）大学生物系、索尔克（Salk）生物研究院做博士后研究，研究方向为分子遗传学。定居美国加利福尼亚州，为自由职业者，主要从事网站开发和写作。 1994年创办世界上第一份中文网络文学刊物《新语丝》，主持新语丝网站。1999年4月率先在互联网上批判法伦功。2000年创办中文网上第一个学术打假网站“立此存照”，揭露了几十起科学界、教育界、新闻界等学术腐败现象。

Fang Zhou-zi, true name is Fang Shi-min, born in Sep. 1967 in Yunxiao county of Fujian province. After passing exams an entering the Biology Dept. of the China Science & Technology University in 1985. Upon graduation in 1990, Fang went to receive further education in the USA, and received PhD degree in biochemistry at Michigan State University in 1995. After proceeding with after graduate PhD research at biology department of Rochester University and Salk Biology Institute in the field of molecular genetics, Fang settled down in California as a freelance, worked mainly in website development and writing. In 1994 Fang established the first Chinese internet literature journal “Xin Yu Si”, and managed the the Xin Yu Si website. In April 1999 Fang was the first to animadvert the Fa Lun Gong on the internet. In 2000, Fang was the first to establish a Chinese website “Li Ci Chun Zhao” (Established Record) on the internet specially to expose false academic work, and exposed a number of dozen academic corruption phenomena in the science community, education community, and the media.

 

2003年7月6日方舟子在“搜虎”上建立的“新语丝”网站作为《“学术打假”专栏文章第1号》以攻击桑蒂利教授与蒋春暄开始“反伪科学”。

The Xin Yu Si website established by Fang Zhou-zi on the Sohu website, as his No.1 paper of his “Academic Misconduct Exposure Column”, by attacking Prof. Santilli and Jiang Chun-xuan Fang began his “Anti Pseudoscience” activities in China.

 

除了揭露确实存在的学术腐败问题，方舟子的网络“学术打假”与“反科学”活动有三个明显的特点：

       Besides exposing various truly existing academic misconduct issues, the “Academic Misconduct Exposure” and “Anti-Pseudoscience” internet activities of Fang Zhou-zi demonstrate three obvious features:

 

（1）“滥反学术腐败”：某些“学术腐败”事件最后证明有关事实出入较大，但是对当事人造成了很大的个人伤害，以至当事人起诉方舟子获得胜诉；

  (1) “Excessive Attacking of Academic Misconduct”: The facts of some “Academic Misconduct” cases “exposed” by Fang eventually were proved to be far from what he exposed, but caused great personnel harm to the concerned individual, so that the concerned individual took Fang to court and won the case;

 

（2）热衷“伤人而不治本”：即便某些“学术腐败”事实确实存在，方舟子的网络“学术打假”热衷于“伤人”而非揭露造成“学术腐败”的深层根源；

（2）Furious in “harming the individual but not effecting permanent cure”: Even if the true facts of various “academic misconduct” truly exist, the “Academic Misconduct” activities of Fang are more furious in “harming the individual”, but not revealing the fundamental deep depth root reasons causing such “academic misconduct”;  

 

（3）方舟子从来不支持任何一项挑战相关领域当代占主导地位基本理论的原始创新科学发现、科学实验与科学实践，反而将进入他视线的任何挑战相关领域当代占主导地位基本理论的原始创新科学发现、科学实验与科学实践诬陷为“伪科学”进行批判！

(3) Fang never supported any original innovative science discovery, scientific laboratory test or science practice which challenge the basic theories holding dominating positions today, in stead, Fang attacks any science discovery, scientific laboratory test or science practice which challenge the basic theories holding dominating positions today that comes into his view as “Pseudoscience”!    

 

方舟子的网络“学术打假”与“反伪科学”活动，对相当一部分痛恨“学术腐败”的人非常有迷惑性；

The “academic misconduct exposure” and “Anti-pseudoscience” internet activities of Fang Zhou-zi, is quite deluding to quite a number of people who hate “academic corruption”;

 

方舟子热衷于“伤人而不治本”的做法既满足了另外一些人的阴暗心理，包括某些“学术腐败”者排除竞争对手的心理，又不得罪导致“学术腐败”泛滥的学术当权者与既得利益集团；

Fang being furious in “harming the individual but not effecting permanent cure”, on one hand satisfies the obscurity and babbittry minds of some people, including academic corruptive figures seeking to eliminate their corruptive competitors, and on the other hand does not harm the academic regime causing “academic corruption” and benefiting from it;

 

方舟子将进入他视线的任何挑战相关领域当代占主导地位基本理论的原始创新科学发现、科学实验与科学实践诬陷为“伪科学”进行批判，则获得竭力阻碍科学进步危害自己学术权威地位相当一批学者的支持，包括掌握了科技界、教育界、新闻界话语权滥竽充数的“海龟”们的支持，以及世界上最不希望科学技术大革命的风暴在中国首先掀起的阴暗势力的支持。

By attacking any science discovery, scientific laboratory test or science practice which challenge the basic theories holding dominating positions today that comes into his view as “pseudoscience”, Fang also receives strong support from quite a number of scholars doing their utmost to resist science progress which will harm their academic authority, including quite a number of overseas educated returnees being their just to fill up the number who control the power of statements in the science community, the education community and the media; Fang also receives support from those powers who most do not want to see the science and technology revolution storm initiate in China.

 

为此，方舟子的网络“学术打假”与“反伪科学”活动，在中国科技界、教育界、新闻界对中国建设“创新型国家”的努力形成了相当强大的阻力与破坏，绝非表面上看来来是方舟子极其随声附和者们的个人活动。

Accordingly, The “academic misconduct exposure” and “Anti-pseudoscience” internet activities of Fang Zhou-zi, in the Chinese science and technology community, education community and the media causes rather strong resistance and damage to China’s efforts to establish an “innovative type nation”, and in no way is individual activities of only Fang Zhou-zi and his followers.

 

必须特别指出，中国不少最有影响力的主流媒体，包括_____台，《科学____》管理的《科学____》、《_______报》等，不断为方舟子提供攻击诬蔑中国原始创新科学探索研究是“伪科学”的方便，却霸道地禁止受到方舟子攻击的科学探索研究者澄清真相予以反驳的权利！Must especially point out, quite a number of China’s most influential mainstream media, including the ____, the “Science _____ managed by “Science _____”, the “______ ______ Newspaper” and others, continuously offer convenience to Fang Zhou-ze to attach original innovative science exploration research in China as “Pseudoscience”, but arbitrarily forbid the right of the original innovative science exploration researchers being attacked by Fang Zhou-ze to clarify the truth and rebut!

 

这种极端错误的做法完全违背中国建设“创新型国家”的国策！

Such completely wrong behaviors are completely against the state policy of China to build an “Innovative Type Nation”!
