盘锦第二人民医院 想做胃镜咋先得验艾滋病
盘锦市第二人民医院表示，此举是为患者安全考虑，以免消毒器械不彻底造成疾病传播

这是不是过度检查？患者付女士对盘锦市第二人民医院的做法不能接受，她认为艾滋病与胃病没有直接联系，还令人很尴尬。
院方表示，这么做是出于对患者安全的考虑，医生错在没提前告知患者。
尴尬：看胃病被检测艾滋病
43岁的付女士家住盘锦市盘山县。7月30日，她因胃部不适在丈夫的陪伴下来到盘锦市第二人民医院检查。
她首先来到内科，接待她的医生建议做胃镜检查。
昨日，付女士的丈夫说：“医生开完单子，我们就去交钱抽血！”直到化验结果出来后，他才知道妻子一共化验了三项内容，分别是乙肝、丙肝、艾滋病的化验。
虽然检查结果均正常，但付女士不明白为什么要进行艾滋病化验。
“检查之前也说有这项检查。”在付女士丈夫的眼里， 这项检查是多余的，院方就是为了收钱，“艾滋病与胃镜检查没有直接关系！”
院方：是为患者安全才这么做
昨日上午，记者来到盘锦市第二人民医院。内科的张丽芳医生承认，在该院做胃镜检查必须要先检验艾滋病病毒，“这是医院的规定！”
该院的预防保健科科长邹舰对记者表示，这项规定自从开展胃镜检查就在实施，这么做主要是出于对患者的安全考虑，也是对院方的一项保护措施。“胃镜的仪器不是一次性的，反复使用很容易传染疾病。”他说。
邹舰强调，该院做胃镜的器械是人工消毒，不是那么精确，手工操作可能会导致有些病菌不能消灭掉。“我们不但做艾滋病检查，还对乙肝和丙肝进行检查。”他说，一旦检出患者有乙肝和丙肝病状，那么将用另一套专用的胃镜设备给患者做检查。
该院副院长张维斌表示，做艾滋病病毒检测时应该先告知患者，“否则就是医生的责任。”
对于付女士在不知情的情况下被检测了艾滋病病毒，他表示医生做得不妥。
调查：卫生部未出台此类规定
记者通过网络查询，卫生部医政司服务管理处和护理管理处有关人士曾经接受媒体采访时表示，卫生部门从未出台过做胃肠镜者先要做艾滋病病毒检测的硬性规定。
昨日，盘锦市卫生局医政科汉姓科长在接受记者电话采访时称，盘锦市第二人民医院做胃镜检查先验艾滋病的情况他并不清楚，“这种检查只能说不妥，但不能说违规。”
但患者付女士表示，她不愿为此项检验承担50元的经济负担。
