浙江余姚卫生部门联合督查公共场所防艾工作

　　余姚新闻网讯 （记者 胡瑾中 通讯员 贺晓）近日，市疾控中心、卫生监督所两家单位对城区的20多家宾馆、KTV、桑拿洗浴中心等公共场所的防艾工作进行了联合检查，并再次向经营业主宣传了《艾滋病防治条例》，要求他们严格按照法律法规的要求，履行各自防艾的职责和义务。

　　检查发现，宁波太平洋大酒店、余姚宾馆等星级宾馆，都比较重视预防艾滋病的宣传工作，积极配合卫生部门对服务人员落实防治艾滋病的行为干预措施，能在大堂、KTV包厢内放置防艾宣传资料和安全套或设置安全套自动售套机。但仍有一部分公共娱乐场所的经营业主预防艾滋病意识淡薄，其经营场所内无防艾宣传资料，也未对从业人员开展相关知识的培训。针对上述存在问题，检查人员提出了详细的改进意见，责令并将督促其限期改正。

　　我市自1997年底发现首例艾滋病病例后，近几年每年新发现的艾滋病感染者和病人超过30例，今年上半年已发现20例，防艾形势十分严峻。

中国老龄化速度全球居首 60岁以上老年人约1.6亿

近日，中国老龄事业发展基金会会长李宝库在昆明表示，中国正快速步入老龄化社会，目前中国60岁以上老年人约有1.69亿。预计2050年中国60岁以上老年人将占三成，达31%。
按照这个预测比例，按照中国现有人口来算，到2050年中国的60岁以上老年人将有4亿之多，到时绝对数量可能还会更多。我国目前不仅老龄化人口多，而且发展速度快，已居全球首位，并快速步入“少生、少死、高寿”的老龄化社会。仅在2000年至2007年7年间，我国60岁以上的老年人口由1.26亿增长到1.53亿人，占总人口的比例从10.2%提高到11.6%，占全球老年人口的21.4%，相当于欧洲60岁以上老年人口的总和。中国人民大学的学者预计，2053年以后我国老年人口开始进入缓慢减少阶段，但到2100年时仍将有3.5亿以上的老年人口。
