四川省邻水县教育局狠抓预防艾滋病教育工作

胡锦涛指出“艾滋病防治工作是关系中华民族素质和国家兴亡的大事，各级党政领导需要提高认识，动员全社会，从教育方面入手，立足预防，坚决遏制其蔓延势头”。为全面贯彻胡锦涛讲话精神，广安市邻水县教育局结合教育实际，采取有效措施，狠抓学校预防艾滋病教育工作，确保了学校预防艾滋病教育工作取得实效。
强领导，加大工作力度。县教育局成立了以局长为组长，分管局长为副组长，各股室负责人为成员的领导小组，切实加强对全县学校预防艾滋病教育工作。各校也成立了相应的组织领导机构，并明确一名学校行政领导具体负责此项工作，做到人员到位、职责落实、经费落实。
抓培训，提高师资素质。邀请县疾控防治中心人员定期对全县专兼职健康教育课教师进行业务培训，切实做到人员到位，教材落实。同时开好各学区督学和城区中小学校长协调会，重点研究城区预防艾滋病工作。
抓课堂，发挥主阵地作用。全县初中以上学校每学年开课达6课时，发挥教育主阵地作用，广泛开展征文、征画活动，确保学生对艾滋病知识知的晓率达90%以上。
抓宣传，营造良好氛围。各校发挥广播、墙报等舆论阵地作用，印发传单，广泛宣传《中小学生预防艾滋病教育大纲》等相关内容，充分利用班会、团队活动时间，让学生了解预防艾滋病相关知识，培养学生健康生活方式，增强学生自我保护意识和自觉抵御艾滋病侵袭的能力。
抓督查，严格责任追究。县教育局联合县疾控中心相关人员组成督查组，定期或不定期到相关学校检查艾滋病预防教育工作开展情况，对效果好的学校通报表扬；对工作不落实、领导不重视、效果差的学校进行通报批评,并追究相关人员责任。 （ 陈小艳）
