李树海：认真做好艾滋病防治工作

省艾滋病防治政策宣讲电视电话会议召开
6月24日，国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会四川省艾滋病防治政策宣讲电视电话会议召开。会议要求，提高认识，正确研判防控形势，进一步强化防控责任，强化综合治理，狠抓工作落实，认真做好艾滋病防控工作。市委常委、宣传部长、副市长李树海在巴中分会场出席会议。
宣讲会全面介绍了中国及世界艾滋病的防控形势、艾滋病流行对人健康的危害和对社会经济发展的影响、当前艾滋病防控的挑战和对策等知识。
会议认为，由于国家高度重视艾滋病防控工作，近年来全国艾滋病疫情上升幅度有所减缓，新发病人数有所减少，艾滋病病毒处于低流行态势。但是，由于艾滋病流行因素广泛存在，预防干预方式特殊，治理的科学技术手段有待于突破等挑战，总体上艾滋病防治形势依然复杂、严峻。
会议要求，充分认识四川艾滋病防控工作的艰巨性、复杂性、长期性和特殊性，统筹协调，强化责任，狠抓落实。进一步整合艾滋病防治资源，提高基层防治能力，重心下沉，全面落实艾滋病综合防治措施，并努力探索艾滋病防治工作的新模式、新经验。坚持广泛、深入、持久的宣传教育活动，进一步落实“四免一关怀”政策，加强对重点人群、边远地区和农村地区的工作力度，做到责任到位、任务到位、人员到位、经费到位，动员和引导包括企业在内的社会力量参与艾滋病的防治工作等。 （据巴中日报）

Further integration of AIDS prevention and control of resources and enhance the prevention and control capacity, the focus of subsidence, the full implementation of AIDS prevention and control measures, and efforts to explore a new model of AIDS prevention work, new experiences.
