教艾滋病吸毒者练瑜伽 女民警不怕被攻击

资阳强制隔离戒毒所作为四川省最大的艾滋病病毒感染者集中管理治疗区，收治吸毒者1800余名，其中三分之一是艾滋病病毒感染者。
这群感情敏感、神经脆弱的人，如何在这里度过他们的每一天？对于管教民警而言，他们又是如何面对这些特殊人群的?接连两天，记者与这些特殊人群、管教民警进行了零距离接触……
三个男子 唱的是同一首歌
“妈妈，只是一个心愿未了，妈妈我真的不想让你失望，妈妈因为我的梦想还在远方啊……”即便是没有音乐伴奏，三个男子浑厚、低沉、深情悠然的声音，仍将《妈妈》这首歌曲演绎得淋漓尽致，使在场的听众为之动容。
这三个男子中，22岁的小张（化名）最小，四川音乐学院附中的学生，曾经跟超女李宇春同台演出。其他两个男子，一个25岁一个26岁。其中小李（化名）手臂上文了一条青龙，于是他们三人组合就有了一个名字———“青龙”。这个名字倒不像一个演唱组合，更像一个帮会。小李在三人当中年龄最大，已有一个可爱的女儿。
对于吸毒染上艾滋病，小张的讲述显得过于平淡。放假回去后，小张跟同龄人寻找刺激，很快染上了毒瘾。在一次交叉注射毒品时，小张感染上了艾滋病。随即，他被送到了更生苑。
这个取名为更生苑的地方是戒毒所九大队的驻地，投资了300万元改建而成，全是艾滋病吸毒者。吸毒者彼此以“同学”相称，艾滋病这个让人“退避三舍”的词，似乎在这里失去了作用。
面对绝望 同事让她清醒了
“木子李，艾滋病的艾，玲珑八面的玲。”29岁的管教民警李艾玲这样自我介绍。去年1月7日，她被调到九大队，此前她对艾滋病的了解，仅限于艾滋病通过血液、性接触和母婴三种途径传播。上班第一天，领导给了她一本关于艾滋病的书，一本正经地说：“认真看，像参加高考那样好好学习。”看完书后，她明白了一点，艾滋病并非洪水猛兽，所在之处寸草不生。
在随后与学员接触中，她了解到，不少学员是因为无知、放纵自己而染上艾滋病。当管教民警向一个学员宣布他染上艾滋病时，那天正好是他19岁的生日。“想不到我19岁的生日，竟收到这样一份礼物。”还有一个年仅14岁的学员，与人交谈说不了三句话就哭。
与这些初来这里的学员相比，管教民警承受了更大的精神压力。刚来的时候，有的民警对艾滋病恐惧的心理没有消除，回家就把衣服全部脱掉，洗一次澡要花两三个小时。有的民警瞒着家人调到九大队，家人知道后，就闹情绪，要分居。李艾玲说，最初来的时候，面对这群世上最绝望的人，她实在想不出有什么办法管教他们。不过，同事一句“不要‘谈艾色变’的忠告”，让她瞬间顿悟。
教练瑜伽 让他们不再绝望
李艾玲刚来的时候，学员们欺生，在李艾玲组织的唱歌活动中懒散、不守规矩。“人家都不把我们当人看，还学啥子歌哦。”“人都要死了，还是让我休息一下嘛。”面对这些杂音，李艾玲开始发飙：“我在尊重你们的同时，请你们也尊重我。人家不把你们当人看，是你们自己造成的……”一席话，让几个闹情绪的学员低下了头。
艾滋病感染者普遍身体素质较差，部分学员还存在机能缺失症状。因此，锻炼是学员每天的必修课。李艾玲负责每周教学员们练瑜伽。教室里，一个娇小的女教官，面对数十个绝望的学员。万一他们群起而攻之怎么办？当时李艾玲这个念头在脑海里一闪而过，很快她又让自己静下心，专心为学员做示范动作。“李管教，你不怕我们攻击你啊……”终于，有个学员忍不住发问了。“学生会莫名其妙攻击一个老师吗？我教的又不是一群动物……”说话时，李艾玲尽量让自己的语气轻松、幽默。“我们绝对不会，永远不会，李管教。”这一次，有了更多的声音。
接下来，该学员自由练习时。李艾玲开始行走于学员当中。看到有学员姿势、动作要领不对的，李艾玲立即上前手把手纠正。“李管教，你不怕感染啊！”“不要东想西想，注意动作要领。”这次，所有被纠正的学员都小心翼翼。其他人也认真学习，生怕李艾玲过去纠正时，将什么东西传染给她。
为了弱化感染者的身份，全大队20多名民警的办公区全部设立在感染者居住的更生苑，民警与他们一起生活。
心理咨询师 学员最后一根稻草
