　　[主持人]艾滋病防治现在可以说宣传力度非常大，也非常深入人心，2007年您荣获了联合国艾滋病规划署颁发的"应对艾滋病杰出领导和持续贡献奖"，您能谈谈我国艾滋病现在处于什么样的形势？普通人似乎有点感觉艾滋病离我们有点遥远，这种观点是不是也是错的？

　　[王陇德]对。艾滋病现在在我们国家流行的状况，从总体上来讲还是属于低流行趋势，但是在一些特殊的人群，在一些高危人群中间流行还是非常严重的。我们国家从2003年左右开始特别重视艾滋病的控制和预防。从那以后，一方面发动多部门联合作战，艾滋病控制一定是一个社会系统工程，因为它牵扯到方方面面，还有许多其他问题，卫生部一家是管不了的，所以我们发动了多部门一起协作。同时也引进了国际社会已经经过长期的研究、行之有效的一些控制措施。

　　所以最近这些年来，我们国家新发的艾滋病在逐渐减少，2005年根据全国的监测数据估算，当时新发艾滋病病人一年大概是7万人，到了2007年，新发艾滋病病人新发5万人，到2008年再估算到了4.5万人。从2003年开始如果我们控制不力的话，到2010年将会是一千万人，但是现在全国总体的数字就是100多万例。对于一些国际社会行之有效的控制措施，比如说在娱乐场所百分之百推广安全套。改革开放以后，很多卖淫嫖娼行为控制起来是非常困难的，那你只能教给他知识，让他科学预防。还有就是吸毒这样一个丑恶现象，在我们国家扩展的范围也比较大，对这部分人群，最主要的就是通过共用注射器，由于血液传播感染艾滋病。

　　对于这部分人群，我们在全国很快地推出了美沙酮。现在还有一些人数在上升，比如说男男同性恋问题，在这方面的干预措施不是非常好，因为这群人是比较隐蔽的人群，和社会接触不是特别多，这类人群还在快速上升，有的城市这部分人群的感染率超过了10%，如果这部分人群控制不好，仍然会向普通人群蔓延，所以这是现在很重要的一个问题。
