世界艾滋病日是哪一天

第23个世界艾滋病日主题
2010年的12月1日，是第23个艾滋病日。今年世界艾滋病日主题是“普遍可及和人权”，与去年一样。据国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室日前下发的相关文件中指出，我国2010年的宣传主题仍然是“遏制艾滋，履行承诺”，副标题是“权益，责任，落实”。
这一主旨意在进一步加强领导，落实责任，采取更为有效的措施，全面实现艾滋病预防、治疗、关怀和支持服务普遍可及的目标，动员社会各界积极参与防治工作，关爱艾滋病病毒感染者和病人及其家庭，消除歧视，从而为构建和谐生活打下最扎实的基础。
