艾滋病感染者：每天都在担心 最怕被人发现(图)

天津北方网讯 ：马治发坦言，他走到媒体面前，公开自己是感染者的身份有些大胆，但更多的是无奈，“被暴露后被四次辞退，我实在不愿意躲藏着生活了。”马治发告诉记者，他的行为在感染者群体中引起轰动，被感染者们认为是疯狂的举动。艾滋病感染者的生存状态是怎样的？记者近距离接触感染者。
35%左右感染者专科以上学历
相关卫生部门称，截至今年前三季度，本市艾滋病感染者累计超过1300人，分布于各个领域。“他们基本上都隐藏着自己的身份，一旦暴露就可能是另一个马治发。”天津市疾病预防控制中心工作人员介绍。
深蓝水木彩虹感染者互助组是一个由感染者组成的小组，目前为180多个感染者提供心理脱恐、知识培训、转诊转介、回归社会等服务。据互助组负责人叶昊介绍，组里的感染者中，专科以上占35%左右，从事的行业涉及公务员、教师、国企、私企管理等。低学历感染者从事的行业多为服务业等。而感染者中目前无业的比例为7%左右。
10%~20%感染者主动放弃工作
“几乎所有感染者都把自己隐藏得很深。”叶昊说。小组内10%的感染者和马治发情况一样——不小心暴露后，就会被辞退。
10%~20%的感染者获知自己被感染后，就主动放弃了工作。“他们就是怕暴露，所以才躲开。”叶昊说，相对而言，另一部分感染者怕暴露后失去工作，导致生活无以为继也是一个巨大的压力。
天津市疾病预防控制中心工作人员向记者透露，他曾经接触过几个感染者，单位领导知道实情，但为之保密。“这样的感染者很幸运，但为数甚少，如果用人单位领导都能这样做，感染者就能感到社会的包容。”
感染者现状：

苏苏(化名)是名感染者，他目前在一家外企工作。苏苏告诉记者，感染者每天都担心会被周围的人发现真相。“就连吃药都要很小心，怕被人发现。”苏苏说，他会把药藏得很隐蔽，每次都会躲到卫生间去吃，一旦有人发现，只能谎称是维生素。
苏苏说，他没有朋友，在外人看来可能显得孤傲，其实他的内心非常自卑。“我担心传染给别人，只能尽量离人远一点。”
感染者一旦失业必定影响治疗
叶昊表示，国家出台的《艾滋病防治条例》明确规定为有工作能力的感染者创造工作机会。但事实是没有人敢暴露自己感染，一旦暴露就很可能失去工作。如果因为谋生受挫，影响治疗，感染者体内的病毒就将无法有效控制。所以，关怀、帮助感染者，是预防传染扩大很重要的因素。
