山东烟台今后艾滋病将被列入保险责任之中

记者23日从烟台市保险协会了解到，7月8日中国保险行业协会推出《人身保险产品条款部分条目示范写法》，要求各保险公司删除“被保险人感染艾滋病病毒或患艾滋病”的除外责任。这意味着，今后受保险公司歧视的艾滋病将被要求列入保险责任之中。

据悉，作为当今世界无法医治的传染性疾病，艾滋病一直是保险业不敢突破的“禁区”。国外众多寿险公司将艾滋病明确列入拒保范围，我国国内的保险公司极少有对普通投保人开展过相关业务，这几乎是保险行业的通则。

市保险协会工作人员表示，虽然该《示范写法》已推出，承保艾滋病相关责任的险种真正出炉可能尚待时日。（YMG记者李鑫）
