本报讯 为进一步加强血液透析治疗中医院感染控制工作，省卫生厅近日下发通知明确，患者在透析疗程开始前必须进行甲肝、乙肝、丙肝、梅毒、艾滋病等血源性感染疾病的实验室检查，检查结果明确后才可开始透析治疗。

通知规定，传染病人应当在隔离透析室治疗，固定床位，专机透析，操作人员相对固定，并采取相应的消毒隔离措施；严格执行一次性使用无菌医疗用品管理制度，加强对透析器等一次性用品的使用管理。（翔霄）
