社会聚焦：艾滋感染者吐心声
12月1日，一年一度的“世界艾滋病日”即将来临，今年的主题是“遏制艾滋，履行承诺”。记者昨天从江苏省疾控中心获悉，从去年12月1日到目前，该中心皮肤病性病门诊部共为1760人次提供了艾滋病咨询检测，共检出艾滋病阳性感染者16人，其中通过同性性接触感染的7人，这个比例比以往明显增多。
保护病人隐私
江苏省疾控中心皮肤病性病门诊部主任管文辉说，为落实国艾办“四免一关怀”政策，根据卫生部要求，该中心于2004年12月1日起，在皮肤病性病门诊部设立了艾滋病自愿咨询检测服务点，本着人性化的服务要求，咨询点在布局设计上充分保护求询者的隐私，在咨询室设立屏风，并做到一人一室；在咨询过程中，咨询员坚持自愿、保密、不评判的原则。安徽、福建、浙江等外地求询者都前来咨询。
患者逐年增多
据介绍，自2004年12月1日至2005年11月30日，自愿咨询检测点共为916人次提供咨询检测服务，其中男性792人，女性124人，江苏省837人，外省79人；共检出阳性感染者6人，其中男性5人，女性1人；通过异性性接触感染2人，通过同性性接触感染2人，通过共用针具吸毒感染2人；江苏省籍3人，外省籍3人。
2005年12月1日至2006年11月底，共提供咨询检测1760人次，其中男性1588人，女性172人；江苏省1645人，外省115人；共检出阳性感染者16人，其中男性15人，女性1人；通过异性性接触感染5人，通过同性性接触感染7人，通过共用针具吸毒感染2人，通过既往输血感染2人；江苏省籍7人，外省籍9人。
男友把艾滋病传染给了他
前天下午，天气阴沉。刘刚（化名）微笑着坐在记者面前，头发梳得整齐，夹克的拉链也很得体地拉到了领口下面。“你看我这个样子，像是艾滋病感染者吗？”他问记者。记者摇摇头。“看不出来吧，其实我跟大家一个样。从被查出感染艾滋病时的绝望，到坦然面对，这两个月来，我的情绪大起大落，熬过了人生中最艰难的一段时期。”就这样，记者对这名艾滋病感染者进行了面对面的采访。
男友把艾滋病传染给了他，艾滋病感染者向记者直诉心路历程―――
“对于传染艾滋病给你的男友，你恨他吗？会不会报复他？”记者问。刘刚苦笑了一下，摇摇头，“我不恨他，但我也不会再跟他联系了。自从查出艾滋病后，我就和他彻底断绝了一切关系，我没有再联系他，他也没有联系我。我也不会报复他，不会报复其他人，因为报复他人的同时，我可能还会感染上其他的疾病，只会增加病情，我从报复中不会得到任何好处”。 刘刚说，这次的教训让他终身难忘。
他希望通过快报呼吁，有同性恋倾向的人，在交往过程中一定要注意安全，不能抱着侥幸心理，或者及时到疾控部门检测；如果没有同性恋倾向，也一定要洁身自好，注意安全，毕竟生命才是最重要的。
洁身自爱 生命是最重要的
“那你还准备把感染艾滋病的事情告诉你老婆和孩子吗？”记者问。他低着头，沉默了两三分钟，轻声地说：“现在我不敢也不想把这个事情告诉家人，我怕他们受不了。我希望通过自己的努力，先控制住病情。等以后有机会了，我还是要跟老婆讲的。”
刘刚说：“我曾经想过要公开自己的身份，真实地站出来，告诫大家要注意防范。但我犹豫了几天，还是没有敢下这个决心。我主要担心老婆孩子，我的身份公布了，全社会都知道我感染了艾滋病，对于我来说，已经无所谓了，但我的家人却是无辜的。我的儿子在学校里，可能就没有人愿意跟他一起玩耍了，没有同学愿意理会他了。一想到家人，我就不敢随便决定了。”
想公开但怕妻儿受到歧视
痛苦持续了半个月，但他并没有自杀，家人的声音让他更难以随意放弃自己的生命：儿子正在上学，全家的收入就靠他一个人来支撑着。“我死了，家人怎么办？儿子怎么办？我当时这样想。”刘刚说，现在懊悔也没有用了，还是要面对现实。他就强忍着心头的痛苦，开始到网吧上网查询有关艾滋病的知识。
他从网上得知，感染艾滋病后并不是马上就要死的。“后来我又来到江苏省疾控中心皮肤病性病门诊部，我反复地向专家咨询，艾滋病能治疗吗？我今后该怎么办？从专家那里，我学到了很多知识，专家也反复告诉我，得了这个病并不可怕，可怕的是不敢正视这个病。”他从江苏省疾控中心皮肤病性病门诊部的专家口中得知，他只是一名艾滋病感染者，并没有发病，今后如果注意身体，还是可以延缓发病时间的；即使发病了，现在国家也有相关政策，可以对符合条件的病人免费治疗。“这样下来，我的心态逐渐坦然了，既然得了艾滋病，那就把它当做一个沉重的教训吧。我又开始了正常的上班，正常的生活。只不过，我更注意身体健康了，不轻易去公共场所，我害怕感冒后免疫力下降。”
更令他特别放心的是，他感染艾滋病的事情，疾控中心为他严格保密，“我正常上班后，还担心同事、朋友会知道自己的事情，那几天我看到他们心里就虚，总觉得他们会看不起我。后来我慢慢地发现，他们对我的病情根本不知情，就连我的家人也不知道，我这才放下心来。” 从绝望到坦然的心理转变
30多岁的刘刚坦然地告诉记者，他是一名“同志”，老家在外省，现在孤身一人在南京做营销工作。两个月前，他和男友一直有着密切的接触。“虽然和男友有了那层关系，但我想，我比较爱干净，应该不会接触到艾滋病的。所以，这些年来，我一直抱着侥幸的心理。”
两个月前，他在报纸上看到，有同性恋倾向的人，容易感染艾滋病。正好他又听说江苏省疾控中心皮肤病性病门诊部可以免费进行艾滋病检测，他就赶来了。“我当时是抱着随便试试的想法来的，根本没有想到自己真的会得上艾滋病。”
但第二天初步检测出来的结果显示，他可能感染了艾滋病！随后进行的确诊检测也显示：他的确是感染了艾滋病！“我根本没有思想准备，当时我懵了，脑子里只有一个念头，我这辈子算完了。”说到这里，刘刚的表情顿时黯淡下来。“接下来的半个月是我一生中最难熬的时期，那段时间我万念俱灰，非常绝望，啥事都不想干，只想自杀。当时，我连续几天躺在租的房子里，不吃不喝，老是在考虑艾滋病的事情。”是男友把艾滋病传给他的，他对过去感到万分懊恼。那段时间，他最怕接到家里打来的电话，听到妻子和儿子的声音，他就感到更加痛苦。
1/4“同志”曾得性病
八成男同性恋者和异性结婚
青岛大学医学院附属医院的张北川教授介绍，这些年来，通过见面、书信、电话等渠道和他打过交道的同性恋者有上万名，他并没有发现这些人群和正常人有啥区别，心理上也正常，从外表和行为上也没啥区别。他说，同性恋不是病，只是一种性取向问题，只不过这种性取向表现在少数人身上，同性恋是在少数人身上存在的正常现象。
他说，目前我国同性恋人群有3000万人左右，主要分布在15～60岁的人群中。也就是说，同性恋人群大概占性成熟期人口的3.5%。同性恋人群中，男性和女性的比例为2:1。目前，对同性恋的形成原因，专家们认为，主要有三个方面：先天性因素，幼儿期的经历和成年人的偶然际遇。
江苏的一名女性曾经给张北川教授打电话哭诉，她说她结婚了30多年，竟然没有一次性生活！她的丈夫就是一名同性恋者，对女性不感兴趣。由于受到社会传统观念的影响，目前我国的男性同性恋存在的问题比国外更为复杂，我国同性恋人群中最后和异性结婚的非常多，大约80%的男性同性恋者最后还是和女性结了婚，给自己和对方都带来了痛苦。
南京也有同性恋感染艾滋病
去年11月份，曾毅院士来南京作报告时说，我国的男性同性恋及双性恋者中，很多人都不用安全套；调查发现，同性恋人群中约有1/4的人曾得过性病，而有性病的人就更容易被艾滋病毒感染。相关的调查发现，1998年同性恋中感染艾滋病毒的人只有2.5%，2000年是4.2%，2001年是5.5%，去年的相关数字显示，艾滋病人群中，男同性恋者接近10%。这表明艾滋病病毒感染者在同性恋者中迅速增加。
因为同性恋而感染上艾滋病的病例，近年在南京也出现了―――
一名男子在国外待了四年回到南京后，被发现感染了艾滋病，工作人员在调查中发现，该男子在国外时就已经有了同性恋的行为，而他感染艾滋病就是同性恋造成的；但他一直瞒着妻子，当工作人员找到他的妻子调查时，他的妻子还认为自己的丈夫不会感染这方面的疾病，“他很好的，从来不会在外面找小姐”。
江苏省疾控中心皮肤病性病门诊部主任管文辉说，从目前情况来看，前来检测性病艾滋病的人群中，同性恋人群就占到了10%，这部分人群也逐渐成为性病艾滋病的重点防范人群。 今年初，我国知名的同性恋研究者张北川教授来到南京调研；近日，他又来到南京进行防治艾滋病方面的宣传。他在接受记者采访时说，我国同性恋人群有3000万人左右，但受到社会传统观念的影响，目前我国80%以上的男同性恋者最后还是和女性结了婚，给自己和对方都带来了痛苦。而除了家庭的痛苦之外，包括男性同性恋在内的男男性接触的群体中，由于存在高危的性行为，性病艾滋病的发病情况也非常严峻。
