广东4年来共18000多吸毒成瘾者参加社区美沙酮维持治疗

    新华网广州１１月７日电（记者杨霞）广东省政府防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室主任、省卫生厅副厅长黄飞近日透露，广东美沙酮维持治疗自２００５年起从无到有，覆盖面不断扩大，至今年１０月共设立了５６个门诊，其中已开诊５３个，参加治疗人数１８６００人，在治人数６８７１人，美沙酮维持治疗工作取得了显著成效。

    近日广东省阿片类物质成瘾者社区药物维持治疗工作组在广州举行全省美沙酮维持治疗工作会议，总结、交流了全省美沙酮维持治疗工作，并部署下一步工作。黄飞说，广东省自２００５年开展美沙酮维持治疗工作以后，受治者吸毒相关艾滋病危险行为和吸毒相关违法犯罪行为明显下降，家庭和社区功能逐步得到恢复，地方社会治安明显好转。

    据专家估计，２００５年至今，广东省减少了新增艾滋病病毒感染者１３００多人，全省各美沙酮门诊共使用了美沙酮原料２０６公斤，相当于减少使用海洛因２２５４公斤，减少毒资约８．３４亿元。

Huang Fei said that Guangdong Province carried out since 2005 after methadone maintenance treatment, by the rule of AIDS-related risk behavior among drug-related criminal acts and drug use decreased significantly, families and community functions and gradually restored, the local social order has improved remarkably.

     Experts estimate that since 2005, a decrease of Guangdong Province, added more than 1,300 people infected with HIV, methadone clinics across the province a total of 206 kilograms of raw materials used methadone, equivalent to reducing the use of heroin and 2254 kilograms, about 834 million of drug money to reduce yuan.
