新快报讯（记者陈杨）广东省性病艾滋病防治协会日前召开了换届会议。专家在会上称，广东省估计有HIV（艾滋病病毒）感染存活者56000人，而异性传播去年开始已排在艾滋病传播途径第一位，这意味着艾滋病已开始从高危人群向普通人群传播。

专家建议，高危人群甚至是普通市民，都应主动做HIV抗体检测，这有助于降低HIV传播几率。

艾滋病已进入扩张期

广东省性病艾滋病防治协会会长、广东省疾控中心专家顾问许锐恒介绍，根据联合国相关报告，中国的艾滋病扩散传染已经变得严重，其发展已经历了“登陆”、“散布”两个过程，目前已发展到第三阶段“扩张”。据联合国估计，到2010年大约会有1000万中国人感染艾滋病。

广东省艾滋病防治研究所所长林鹏的报告显示，1995年前，中国只有云南省报告吸毒者中艾滋病流行；到2002年，中国31个省（区、市）报告吸毒者中艾滋病流行。在2008年全国报告HIV/AIDS传播途径构成中，异性传播已升至第一位，占40.3%；注射毒品排第二，为27.9%。除此以外，广东省性病门诊哨点监测HIV检出率也呈上升趋势，2009年已超过0.3%，这意味着没每千个做HIV检测的人中，有3个呈阳性。

过半感染者未知中招

许锐恒还透露，广东估计有HIV感染存活者56000人，但其中3000人还不知道自己已感染，“美国总统奥巴马带头做HIV抗体检测，我希望中国的高危人群甚至是普通市民也主动去做HIV抗体检测。”许锐恒说，HIV检测的公共卫生意义重大，因为知道自己感染了HIV的人会倾向减少危险行为，采取较安全的性行为。

据了解，各省（区、市）疾病控制中心（或卫生防疫站）、卫生检疫机构、各级血站和血液中心、具备HIV抗体实验室检测初筛资格的医院，均可从事HIV抗体检测，也提供有关艾滋病方面的咨询，包括电话咨询、信函咨询和门诊咨询等。
