宁夏累计发现387例艾滋病病例性传播成主要途径

　　中广网银川11月28日消息（记者许新霞马玲艳）记者今天了解到，截至目前，宁夏累计发现387例HIV/AIDS（艾滋病毒感染者和病人）病例，仅2009年就发现了92例。

　　宁夏属于艾滋病低流行区，但近年来该病例发现数呈逐年上升趋势。据统计，2005年以后发现病例数是2005年以前发现病例数的近4倍。另外，其感染途径也发生了明显变化，新发现感染者中经性传播的比例已经上升成为主要传播途径之一，疫情存在着进一步蔓延的危险，预防艾滋病经性传播已成为艾滋病防治工作的重点之一。

　　宁夏回族自治区疾控中心有关负责人介绍说，由于艾滋病病毒的潜伏期长、高危行为人群较隐蔽、社会对艾滋病的歧视仍然存在，极大影响各类人群艾滋病毒抗体检测的覆盖面。因此，这些病例并不能反映真实疫情。根据艾滋病例报告、监测数据、专题调查资料，结合人口学等相关部门的资料，最终估计宁夏现存活HIV/AIDS人数为近900例。
