安徽省艾滋病生产自救研讨会在阜南县召开

　　安徽新闻网11月18日电11月13日至14日,全省艾滋病生产自救研讨会在阜南县召开。会议总结交流了全省艾滋病生产自救工作成功经验,并对存在的问题及下步工作打算进行了研讨。省疾控中心副主任计国平、项目主管王华东和全省艾滋病防治项目县疾控中心及多部门有关负责同志参加会议。

阜南县副县长周涛、县卫生局局长骆桂新在致辞中指出:多年来,阜南县委、县政府高度重视艾滋病综合防治工作,全面贯彻国家"四免一关怀"政策,全面落实对艾滋病人的生活救助、医疗救治,把党和政府的关心、关爱送到艾滋病人的心坎儿里。从2006年起,该县把艾滋病救助工作重点转移到开展生产自救工作上来,开展了形式多样的生产自救活动,积极扶持艾滋病人发展种植业、养殖业、加工业和运输业,提高了艾滋病人生产自救的能力,使艾滋病人及家庭得到了实惠,提高了经济收入,稳定了当地社会秩序。

省疾控中心副主任计国平对阜南县开展艾滋病生产自救工作所取得的成绩给予充分肯定,希望全省各地要加强交流、互相借鉴、改变方式,深入探讨新时期艾滋病生产自救新模式,进一步扩大覆盖面,巩固生产自救的成效,让更多的艾滋病病人及感染者自强自立起来。

省全球基金艾滋病项目主管王华东介绍了全省艾滋病项目地区生产自救工作开展情况。省农科院畜牧兽医所专家詹凯、植保所专家戚仁德分别介绍了艾滋病健康"养鸡康体"和"种豆康体"项目实施情况。阜南县、颍东区、利辛县等项目地区分别作了典型发言。

会议期间,与会人员还深入到阜南县王化镇程寨村艾滋病家庭及社区服务站现场参观考察。

Province, the Global Fund AIDS project director Wang East China introduced the production of the province's AIDS in the project area to carry out the work of self-help. Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences Animal Husbandry and Veterinary experts from Zhankai, plant protection experts from QI Ren Germany introduced the AIDS Health "chicken sports" and "kinds of beans Sports" project implementation. Funan, Ying Eastern, Lixin County in the project area were made by a typical speech.

During the meeting, the participants also went to Funan king of the town of Cheng Zhaicun AIDS Family and community service centers and on-site tours.
