（男）你要拉我的手，

      我要亲你的口，

      拉手手（呀么）亲口口，

      咱二人圪崂里走。

（女）你要亲我的口，

      我不丢你的手，

      相亲（呀）相爱（呀），

      真魂一搭里走。

陕北人性格直爽，情感直露。尽管黄土高坡寸草不生，仍把日子过得水灵灵的，唱在嘴里，贴在墙上。

Male: You want to hold my hand; I want to kiss your mouth. Holding hands, kissing on the mouth, we’ll go to the corner.

Female: You want to kiss my mouth, I don’t want to give up your hand. Kissing and holding hands, our souls will mix together in love.

Shaanxi people are very straightforward, wearing their feelings on their shirtsleeves.  Though the yellow soil is desolate, their life is vivid and colorful. Singing with the moth, stuck to the wall.
