When you study English ,especially you are a beginner ,you  maybe meet trouble.You need to experience a word several times in order to acquire it. Seeing a word , hearing a  word , saying a word  and writing a word  helps to make it part of your active vocabulary. Using a word in different combinations of other words is also important. So learn words with little phrases and try to vary them. It is a good idea to have a notebook in which you can note down new vocabulary .There are a number of differert ways of noting down vocabulary. You can group words accordin to their grammatical types or in  families of meaning.You shoulld look back over the notes you make every now and then so that you can learn the words or so that you know where to  find them in the notebook.It is also a good idea  to  group phrases, such  as those used on the telephone or used to talk about time ,or weather ,or travelling. Perhaps  the dictionary is helpful to you .But  at first, get to know your dictionary by looking at the pages at the front and at the back. There are many useful lists there and useful advice. It’s useful to know what the abbreviations and signs mean by looking through the explanatory pages at the beginning . For example: n.=noun, v.=verb,vt.=transitive verb.
Second  learning to write short passages takes
 time. You  should always try to use models and use or adapt example sentences  and structures in the early days. Always check a short pasage systematically after
 you have finished writing it.  Check verbs,
punctuation, use of "a,an ,the",and" he", and "she " as a first step.Improving your  writing can be done by reading model answers several times,  and then some time later trying to do the activity  again .You can try to write the answer the next day or two days later. In this way you will both improve your memory  and also acquire phrases and  expressions that you  can use in speech and in writing because you have really learn them. You should spend a short time each day looking back at what you have already studied in the course books .When you plan your use of time, you should include the folloqing as regular habbits: look at what you did last time , especially the main learning points; do the new work; when you have finished the new work for today, look back over it ; give yourself a short period of time to look at the vocabulary of the last unit or two. In a word , to learn a language you need constant and regular practice . It is a good idea to plan your study time and set aside a minimum time each day for study.Try to get into the habit of revising, doing the current work and then looking over what you have done.If you make this a regular pattern, you will steadily get better at managing your time and will notice improvement in your learning.For example:
