沈晓文：“80后”女医师情暖艾滋病人

去年2月，无锡市崇安区命名了好几个工作室，晓文“红丝带”工作室是其中之一。这个工作室的工作非同一般：联系和服务的对象是艾滋病病人、感染者及高危人群。以无锡市崇安区疾控中心疾控科副科长沈晓文是个“80后”的年轻女医师，以她的名字命名的晓文“红丝带”工作室已然成为艾滋病感染者和志愿者们的共同家园。作为这个工作室室长的她被很多人都亲切地称作“晓文姐”。在这里，她带领着18位志愿者为遏制艾滋病的传播而努力。
艾滋病病人和感染者大多比较内向和警惕，如果不能取得他们信任，也就无法给他们任何帮助，“必须找一个能被他们接受而且方便我们进行随访的方法”。沈晓文想到了手机“飞信群”，通过便捷的手机短信，定期向患者发送健康知识，主要包括冬春季节及时发送呼吸道传染病的防护要点，常见或重大传染病的正确解读，健康生活方式的倡导等等。
小A是一名“80后”的年轻人，同性恋的他细腻而敏感，作为感染者，他恐惧而无助。面对晓文的关心和帮助，他曾在电话里恶狠狠地说：“请你不要来骚扰我的生活，让我的世界安静一点！”伤心之余，沈晓文更多感到的是担心，因为以他现在的状态有可能走上厌世之路，一个年轻的生命或将随之陨落。为了尊重他，沈晓文从不给他打电话，只是通过短信定期发送一些传染病预防的知识。一开始，短信石沉大海，可没想到，半年后的一天，他主动向晓文诉起了苦：“家里逼我结婚，我该怎么应对？”沈晓文耐心地跟他讲解感染途径、相关法律法规以及婚姻生活对他的利害关系，让他明白一味的逃避于事无补，只有让父母理解，得到家庭的支持才能更好地走下去；如果他不愿意讲，她可以向他家人说明。在沈晓文的劝说下，小A向父母亲坦白了病情，最终他的父母终于接受了他们唯一的儿子目前的状况。
通过这件事小A和晓文成了知心朋友，他有什么困惑都会和沈晓文讲，他也会主动向工作室提供线索，而工作室举办的座谈会、健康讲座、野外拓展、烧烤、羽毛球赛等活动，他也都会积极参加。现在他又成为那个积极向上，乐观开朗的大男孩。
“孤独比死亡更可怕。他们只是一群病人，他们需要的是我们的关怀与平视。”穿梭在高危的艾滋病人间，身形纤弱的沈晓文体会着志愿者们付出的艰辛，也感受着成功帮助感染者正视人生的幸福。
